Terms & Conditions

1. It is mandatory to submit one passport size photo and one Identity Document (Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc.) along with the form.
2. Membership Subscription fees should be pay on time otherwise charge late fee as per rule of society.
3. If you do something which is a cognizable/non cognizable offence under Indian Penal Code/Indian Constitution/law, then the NGO will not be responsible for it and your membership will be cancelled immediately.
4. The NGO Director/Chief Chairman and after him the NGO All Party Assembly will have the right to give a suitable position to a member in the NGO as per his qualification or expel him from the NGO without giving any notice duc to his bad behaviour/mistake.
5. Member should obey the rule & regulation of the society other wise action will be taken as per rule of the socicty.
6. Member must not involve in any criminal & anti-social activity.
7. If, any management committce member does not attend three consecutive meetings then a resolution will be pass in general mecting against the committee member.
8. Copy of the rulc & regulation is on the table / notice board of Regd,. & Branch Office.
9. That no member of the NGO will use the name / material of the NGO for his personal work. If found doing so,the NGO can take appropriate legal action against them.
